At the initiative of the Government of Nepal, he will reach St. Lucia for the United States and from there via South Korea for the CPL. He will then be flown to Trinidad by his team on a chartered plane with other players. Sandeep, who is going to play in the CPL, has also made public a photo of him carrying luggage in a PPE dress.
CPL organizer and Team Jamaica Talwah was scheduled to arrive in Trinidad by August 1. He will leave Kathmandu today but will reach West Indies on Sunday. Sandeep, who is playing CPL for the third consecutive season, is playing from Jamaica's Talawaj this time.
If Sandeep's team reaches the CPL final, he will have to travel to the UAE nine days later to play in the Indian Premier League again. The IPL is sure to take place in the UAE. But there is a meeting of the IPL's governing council on August 1 about the game schedule and rules. That will decide.
