Reliance Life Insurance Limited has got the approval to issue of Initial Public Offering from the Security Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Shrawan 16 2077. This company will issue the thirty percent of the issued capital.

The IPO issue manager of this company is Sanima Capital. The Paid-up capital of this company One Arba forty-seven crore (Rs: 1,470,000,000). The company will issure 63 lakh units share of face value NPR: 100 per unit which value is 63 crore rupees.ICRA Nepal has given Grade 4 to the IPO of this company.
