Sadhana Laghubitta IPO Result

The IPO of Sadhana Microfinance Institution was allotted  on 29th Ashadh Monday evening.

The company's IPO was pre-allotted on Sunday. Global IME Capital, the sales manager, has informed that the IPO distribution is being prepared at 5 pm. A distribution program has been decided at the Capital's office in Jamal, Kathmandu.

The company had sold its IPO to the public from July 7 to 8. The company has sold a total of 7 lakh 7 thousand 800 IPO lots, out of which 10 thousand 890 lots have been set aside for employees and 35 thousand 390 lots for collective investment funds and the remaining 661 thousand 520 lots have been sold through public issue.
In the company's IPO, 458,643 investors have applied for 112,59,850 shares. Out of which 10 thousand 31 thousand applications have been rejected, said the sales manager.

 However, 392,491 people will not get the IPO of the company which will be distributed through round robin.
66,152 applicants will get shares at the rate of only 10 lots. ICRA Nepal has given a grade 4 rating to the company's IPO indicating below the basic aspect average.
The company, which currently has a paid-up capital of Rs. 147.7 million, has raised Rs. 217.7 million.
