The IPO issued by NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited, promoted by non-resident Nepalis, will be distributed on Tuesday. Sales manager Sanima Capital said the IPO will be distributed at 9 am on Tuesday. Capital has said that due to the impact of COVID 19, the IPO distribution will not be crowded and investors, the general public, and media will not be allowed to participate in the distribution program. Capital said the IPO distribution program will be broadcast live on its Facebook page. The company's IPO has received five times as many applications. The IPO has received applications from 4,28,153 applicants for 1,65,67,600 Units. This is 5.28 times more than the company demanded. The company has opened IPO sale since July 31. The company has issued 3.398 million shares to the public. Out of which 5 percent or 169,902 Units have been allocated for collective investment funds and 2 percent or 67,961 Units for employees. The general public has applied for the remaining 3.16 million 183 lots. The company's IPO will be distributed through the round-robin and around one lakh investors will be handed over.
